Comes with installation instructions. Linear DELTA-3 wireless receiver 24vac DNR00001 very clean used, but tested good. When the transmitter button is pushed a relay flips.

I tested this unit with the FTC and ET-2 key chain transmitters which am selling as separate listings.

I am positive every unit that leaves here is in good working condition. 310mhz I set all the dip switched to off while was testing it. I sell used 24vac wall plug in transformers for 14 extra.
