I m not sure how to read it but leaning towards 1993 being the year. I m also not sure about the 2 buttons.

This sale is for a used Stanley model button garage door remote opener. Requires one 9 volt battery.

This one has 10 switches. It worked great for me.

One obviously opens the door. When I purchased it learned the number of switches on dip switch must match door opener, yes they have to be all set in same positions also In order for it to control two separate doors there would be 2 dip switches.

The second may just turn on light as my new lift master does, I don't know didn use it.
